Jelly Tots

Toddlers

18 months to 3 Years

Heading up our Jelly Tot Class is Louise Pienaar with the help of our class assistant, Bridget.

Louise is a mother of two who has an undeniable love for toddlers. She encourages learning through hand-on exploration.

She believes that the toddlers, at this young age, learn the most through physically engaging with their environment and stimulating their senses.

Our Jelly Tots enjoy a nurturing and safe environment.

Jelly Beans

Pre-Schoolers

3 to 5 Years

Vanessa Meredith has taken up the reigns of our enthusiastic Jelly Beans Class.

Vanessa is an ECD Foundation Phase teacher, who has been in the field of Early Childhood Education going on 16 years. Vanessa believes that children learn through many mediums, but is passionate about teaching through Art and Creativity.

Quoted often saying: ‘A child must get dirty, it is through this medium that they learn the most; Mud Play, Water Play and Finger Painting bring much joy, laughter, happiness, peace and love, creating a happy space for children to thrive.’

Candy Canes

GRADE "R"

5 to 6 Years

Leading our Candy Cane Class into their future is Monique van der Merwe.

She has a BA Drama degree and has always been involved with children in one way or another. Monique has a passion for the creative and emotional side of education.

She desires to grow her learners into mature, functional young people, confident in their abilities and themselves.

Monique always says: “There is so much more that just academic learning to education; learning must be an enlightening experience encompassing the whole child”.

Our Team:

Our teachers, Vanessa, Louise and Monique, each have their First Aid Certificates and regularly take part in workshops to further their training, to ensure a rich fulfilling experience for your children.

We also have Bridget and Benjamin on our team. Bridget is our cleaner and assistant in the Toddler Class, while Benjamin maintains our school grounds and is our handyman.
